For three-quarters of my life, you have played such a positive part in my existence. You have contributed to the person I am today, a person I hope you were proud of. You were a wonderful, soothing, loving, kind, and caring step mum who picked me up and supported me when at my lowest, regardless of my bloodline, celebrated my successes, and shared hugs, advice, and many kind words, not just to me but to everyone you met. You saw the best in everyone. You completed my dad; you were the 'Ying to his Yang'. For that, I am eternally grateful. The happiness and love you gave each other will make anyone envious. You welcomed Kelly and me into your wonderful family with open arms. I remember thinking at 16, what a wonderful mum you were to your three boys and how lucky we were to be able to share some of that with you. I love our blended family. I could go on and on with wonderful things to say, but there is no need to continue to sing your praises or share my memories and moments, especially as these are personal to me, because EVERYONE already knows how special you are. There are no words to describe the heartbreak and the emptiness you leave but I will be forever thankful that I had so many wonderful years with you as a stepmum and made many wonderful memories, that will live on forever. I love you now and forever. x x x Emma
